Abstract

The invention relates to the field of sports, namely to the sports equipment and is designed for practicing the blows with both feet, hands of combat sportsmen.The training blow practicing cushion comprises a casing (1) of flexible resilient material, filled with an elastic filler, on the opposite working surface of the casing (1) is made an opening for filling it with an elastic filler and are fixed two handles. At least one of the handles comprises three hard disks: inner (4), intermediate (7) and outer (8), connected between them, the inner (4) is located inside the casing (1) on its inner surface and is provided with holes (5) for the fixture elements (6), which are fixed on the intermediate disk (7), located on the outer surface of the casing (1). The inner (4) and intermediate (7) disks are connected rigidly and the outer disk (8) is connected to the intermediate disk (7) by a fixture element (15), with the possibility of free rotation with respect to the latter and is provided with a handle (9).
