Abstract
Process of obtaining the 3-0-[α-L-ramnopyranozil (1→2)]-0-[β-D-glicopyranozil (1→3)]-0-β-D-glucopuranozide-(25R)-spirost-5-en-3β, 27-diol-27-0-(3-hidroxy-3-nethylglutaroil).The invention relates to the bioorganic chemistry, namely to the process of obtaining the 3-0-[α-L-ramnopyranozil (1→2)]-0-[β-D-glicopyranozil (1→3)]-0-β-D-glucopuranozide-(25R)-spirost-5-en-3β, 27-diol-27-0-(3-hidroxy-3-nethylglutaroil) steroid glycoside, manifesting a fungicide activity and may be used in the agriculture.The summary of the invention consists in obtaining the steroid glycoside by extracting the Lilium regale bulbs by means of a 70& solution of ethyl alcohol, concentration of extracts and subsequent precipitation of steroid glicozide at a temperature of 0...4°C.The technical result of the invention consist in simplifying the process of obtaining the steroid glycosides with fungicidal properties by reducing the amount of the operations.
