Abstract

The invention relates to the water-supply and sewerage systems, particularly to the coagulate obtaining devices, for example, aluminium oxichlorinehydrate and may be applied for natural and sewage purification from organic and suspended substances.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed device for coagulate obtaining supplementary comprises a conic charging-crushing device with the aluminium chip disposed into it and cylindrical bodies of soft magnetic material proceed on a perforated damping plate; a coaxially placed channel connecting the charging-crushing device to the reactionary chamber placed in the inferior pact of the body as well as a fibrous bilter installed in the central part of the body and outside the body is placed an inductor with the rheostat. For that as coal charge are used carbonized organic-bentonite wastes from the wine clarification process, as hard magnetic material are used spherical elements of the expanded barium hexaferrite, magnetized till saturation, having a diameter of 5-8 mm and as soft magnetic material are used wire cuts of low-carbon steel having a section of 3-5 mm and a length of 20-30 mm.The technical result of the proposed device consists in activating the surface of the aluminium chip at the expense of removing the passive and oxide film from its surface and improving the mass transfer at magnetic liquefaction.
