Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine particularly to the sugery, more particularly to the orthopedics and traumatology.The summary of the method consists in the fact that for correction of the femur neck-dialhysar angle, taking in consideration the phesar displasy zone, it is realized the femur osteotomy from the lower neck end in its continuation to the femur middle part, then the osteotomy is continued in the direction of the great femur acetabulum at an angle which is equal to required deformation correction one, as well as the osteotomy of the great acetabulum around the femur neck upper end with the redislocation of the osteotomized fragments with deformation correction and fragments fixation.The technical result consists in the correction of the femur neck-diaphesaer angle with regard for phesar displasy zone, fragments stable fixation.
