Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology and may be used in medical microbiology. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the Lactobacillus lactic acid bacteria are cultivated in degreased sterile milk. Then the liquid phase is separated from biomass by centrifugation at 5000-7000 rot/min for 15-20 min, at 4-6°C. The precipitate is diluted with sterile solution containing 0,9% sodium chloride and 1,00-1,20% sacharose up to content of (10-15)×109 lactobacillus active cells per mililiter.Technical result consists in the fact that the proposed method provides to obtain the preparate in which the lactobacillus activity are maintained for 30-40 days.
