Abstract

The invention relates to the biochimistry and may be used in biotechnology, plat physiology and biochemistry, in medicine and agriculture.The technical result consist in increasing sensibility, objectivity and universality of assay method.The method comprises the preparation of a plate coated with gelatine, dropping of assayed substame onto plate and kuping in thermostate. Then gelatien lager is irradiated by light and illumination below plate is measund throynh the obtained spot as result of gelatine hydrolysis by both assayed proteaze and commercial protozoa as reference. The protozoa activity is estimated according to proposed formula.
