Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria de vinificaţie, şi anume la o compoziţie de fabricare a balsamului.Rezultatul tehnic constă în crearea unei noi băuturi de calitate superioară cu proprietăţi tonifiante, cu preţ redus, folosind materie primă locală.Compoziţia include macerat de plante aromatice, macerat de măcieş, macerat de scoruş negru, caramel, zahăr, soluţie din apă şi alcool etilic.Noutatea constă în aceea că compoziţia conţine suplimentar macerat de prună neagră, macerat de scoruş de munte, macerat de păducel, macerat de gutuie proaspătă, macerat de nucă în ceară şi extract de stejar, având următorul raport al ingredientelor, l la 1000 dal:
