Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the morphology, topographic anatomy, pathologic morphology, namely to the methods for detection of the lymphadens in the total anatomical preparations.The summary of the proposed method consists in the fact that the preparation is prewashed, and the fixation is conducted in sulfosalicylic acid solution 1,5-3% during 1-2- hours, rinsed with destilled water, pointed with the shiff reagent in the darkness during 6-12 hours at 3-4°C, rinsed in 2-3 portions of the sulphour water at the ratio 1:1 and included into the pure glycerine.The technical result of the proposed method consists in the artifacts removing, preparation treatment duration decreasing.
