Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, particularly urology and may be used for postoperative treatment of patients with nephrolithiasis.According to the invention, the claimed method involves the use of antibiotics, antispasmodics, anti-oxidants, desintoxication therapy and phytotherapy, at the same time from the first postoperative day, additionally, is intramuscularly administered extract from the biomass of Spirulina platensis CNM - CB - 02 cyanobacterium strain in the concentration of 0.5% - 1.0 ml, concomitantly is injected subcutaneously sodium enoxaparin 2000 IU anti-Xa - 0.2 ml, during 10 days, and then is administered extract from the biomass of Spirulina platensis CNM - CB - 02 cyanobacterium strain, one capsule of 5 mg, twice a day, during 20 days.
