Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, particularly to the intensive oncological patients during 5-6 days before the operation and beginning from the second day during 5-6 days after the operation it is administrated extracorporal helium-neonic laser radiation at the wave length of 638,2 nm, radiation power on the monofiber output 20 mvt of paravertebral spine thoracic zones on the level of Th1-Th7 to the right and to the left per 15-30 min every day with simultaneous administration of the antioxidant therapy with alphatocoferal 600 mg a day, retinal acetate 100000 ME a day and the ascorbic acid 2 g a day and simultaneously with the radiation and antioxidant therapy complementarly there is administrated hyperbaric oxygenation with compression of 1,5-1,6 atm. and exposition of 40-60 min.The technical result of the proposed method consists in the fact, that it's allowed to diminuate the risk of the early postoperation complications.
