Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la diagnosticul de laborator, la metodele de obţinere a materialului biologic pentru stabilirea activităţii aminotransferazelor sângelui.Esenţa metodei propuse constă în aceea că în 0,3 ml soluţie se introduc 0,1 ml sânge capilar, amestecul se centrifughează timp de 10 min la 1000 rot./min, apoi se iau câte 0,1 ml lichid supernatant, acesta fiind material biologic pentru stabilirea activităţii aminotransferazelor, utilizat pentru proba experimentală şi proba-martor, conform metodei Reitman şi Frenkel.Rezultatul tehnic al metodei propuse constă în reducerea cantităţii de sânge prelevat.
