Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine and may be used for human β-interferon purification. The purpose consist in increasing the process productivity. The crude interferon solution is passed thorough the blue agar-agar gel that represents the stationary phase and the eluant is supplementary passed through the metal-chelated carrier with the rest of chelation that includes at least one ion from the Co-2, Ni-2, Zn-2, metals group, the pH of the contraction with the cellulose blue gel is of 5-9.
