Abstract
The invention relates to the wood-working machines.The surface gauge machine comprises a frame into which the shafts for wood displacement and treatment and the working table with eccentrics for the fixation are disposed.The novelty of the machine consists in the fact the table is disposed on three and more lead screws joined by a common chain and installed in the base nuts with the screw rotation possibility directly by, for example, the flywheel or mechanism on any screw, and on the eccentrics is installed a snap gauge for turning the eccentrics in fixation. The gauge of the eccentrics is made with the possibility of blocking the access to the screw flywheel and turning off the screw rotation mechanism when descending the gauge. For the purposes of the table operative leveling concerning the shafts, the base nuts of the lead screws are made rotary with fixation. The technical result consists in increasing the stability, improving the fixation conditions and operative leveling of the machine working table.
