Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the radiotherapy treatment in oncology.The invention consists in the fact that it is administered once a day immediately after meals, within 15 days from the start of the course of radiotherapy, intravenously 5 ml of 5% solution of ascorbic acid and perorally one capsule (33000 UA) of retinol, one capsule (0.2 g) of tocopherol and one tablet (0.2 g) of methyluracil. At the same time, it is simultaneously administered pumpkin seed oil rectally in the form of microclysters, in a volume of 20 ml an hour before the start of the radiotherapy session. The oil is also taken perorally, one teaspoon (5 ml) twice a day, 2…3 days before the start of the course of radiotherapy and then along its whole length.The result is a decrease in local and general postradiational complications in oncologic patients.
