Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la gastroenterologie.Esenţa metodei propuse constă în aceea că la regimul limitat, dietă, tratamentul cu preparate antisecretoare şi antimicrobiene suplimentar se administrează bromocriptină conform următoarei scheme: primele 3 zile câte 1,25-2,5 mg seara, în zilele a 4-6 - 1,25-2,5 mg dimineaţa şi seara, în zilele a 7-9-a - 1,25-2,5 mg de 3 ori pe zi, iar începând cu a 10-a zi - 2,5-3,75 mg de 3 ori pe zi până la dispariţia semnelor clinice ale bolii ulceroase şi normalizarea concentraţiei sporite a prolactinei serice. După aceasta doza bromocriptinei treptat se reduce: 3 zile câte 1,25-2,5 mg de 3 ori, următoarele 2-3 zile - 1,25-2,5 mg de 2 ori şi ultimele 3 zile câte 1,25-2,5 mg seara.Rezultatul tehnic al metodei propuse constă în reducerea frecvenţei recidivelor şi accelerarea vindecării ulcerelor gastroduodenale.
