The invention relates to an identification document and to methods of producing and reading thereof.The identification document, according to the invention, comprises a physical medium having at least one alphabetical inscription for identifying the document holder, and at least two-dimensional barcodes for identifying the document holder, in which complementary elementary files (FID i) of a native identification file (IFID) of the document holder are encoded.
