Elliot, cultivarea lor pe mediul nutritiv Murashige-Skoog, care contine suplimentar: acid naftilacetic 3,0…3,5 mg/L; kinetina 0,5 mg/L; zaharoza 60 g/L, avand pH 5,7, totodata cultivarea se efectueaza la temperatura de 18…22°C, cu fotoperioada zi-noapte respectiv de 16 si 8 ore.The invention relates to biotechnology.
