Abstract

Изобретение относится к области биохимии и медицины, в частности к способу получения полимерного материала с антиоксидантными свойствами из хитозанового сополимера с кверцетином, и может быть использовано в области медицины, фармацевтики. Способ прививки кверцетина к сополимеру хитозана с малеиновым ангидридом включает смешивание хитозана и малеинового ангидрида в молярном соотношении 1:1, растворенных в диметилформамиде, обработку полученного раствора этилхлорформиатом при температуре 0-5°C в присутствии триэтиламина, добавление раствора кверцетина в диметилформамиде в количестве, обеспечивающем получение концентрации кверцетина в сополимере 10-50 мол%, выдержку при комнатной температуре, декантацию и испарение растворителя.
