Abstract

The invention relates to the biotechnology and may be used at obtaining the biologic active materials, e.g. the vitamine B12 (cyancobolamin) and porphyrins, wich may be used in medicine and chemical industry.The process comprises the centrifugation of the microorganisms suspension at 2000-5000 r/mass, drying thereof at 105°C and weighing, by that ammonium acetate solution 1-2% is used as washing solution.The technical result ot the invention consists in the fact that there are prevented the vitamine B12 and porphyrins losses, that allows to define the real contents themof in the biomass.
