Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electrical discharge machining and is designed for electrospark alloying of products, having the form of solids of revolution from current-conducting materials.The installation for electrospark alloying includes a device for electrospark alloying, fixed on the column of the machine tool support, a mechanism for attachment of the workpiece with a current conductor, installed in the headstock of the machine tool, and with the workpiece fastening center, isolated from the tailstock of the machine tool, and a power supply unit with command units and manufacturing process control and management means, made in the form of sensors and a control unit, connected to a computer. The device for electrospark alloying includes an electromagnetic vibrator, consisting of an electrode holder and an electromagnet, which is located in a housing, an illumination unit, fixed on the electrode holder through a thermo- and electroinsulating spacer and connected to a power supply unit, connected to an additional winding, located on the magnetic circuit of the electromagnetic vibrator, and a microcamera, located on the illumination unit and connected to the computer.
