Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o metodă potenţiometrică de determinare a conţinutului ionilor de potasiu în preparatele farmaceutice.Metoda, conform invenţiei, include adăugarea în exces a unei cantităţi prestabilite de tetrafenilborat de sodiu la proba analizată care conţine ioni de potasiu şi titrarea potenţiometrică ulterioară a probei, totodată, titrarea excesului de tetrafenilborat cu soluţie standard de KCl se realizează cu un electrod tetrafenilborat-selectiv pe bază de [Cr3O(C5H9O2)6(H2O)3][B(C6H5)4]. Conţinutul de potasiu se determină conform diferenţei dintre cantitatea prestabilită şi excesul de tetrafenilborat.
