Abstract

Invenţia se referă la nanotehnologii, în special la procedeele de obţinere a straturilor nanocompozite, şi poate fi utilizată în medicină şi optoelectronică.Procedeul de obţinere a nanocompozitului CdSe/ZnS/PVP include prepararea separată a soluţiei coloidale de nanoparticule sau nanosuspensie de CdSe/ZnS şi a soluţiei de polivinilpirolidonă cu utilizarea dizolvanţilor hidrofili: acetonă, acetilacetonă, amestecarea acestora, unde raportul dintre CdSe/ZnS şi polivinilpirolidonă este de 1…10, dispersarea amestecului obţinut într-o baie cu ultrasunet timp de 5…30 min, plasarea amestecului dispersat, pentru depunere electroforetică, într-o celulă cu doi electrozi, amplasaţi la o distanţă de 10 mm unul faţă de celălalt, unul dintre ei fiind executat din sticlă şi acoperit cu In2O3-SnO2 (1TO), iar al doilea - din titan, alimentarea electrozilor cu tensiune constantă de 700 V timp de 3…30 min până la formarea nanocompozitului pelicular pe electrodul din sticlă.
