Abstract

The invention relates to installations for continuous cultivation of microalgae with the possibility of using grown protein biomass for animal feed.The installation for cultivation of microalgae comprises a reservoir (2), inside which are placed a heat exchanger (8), blocks of light-emitting lamps (7) and a cylindrical body (10) with an open space (17) in the upper part. Inside the body (10) is fixed a spring-slotted conical filter (11) with a blind base (12), to which is attached a vertical rod (13), connected to an electrovibrator (14). Through a base (15) passes a tube, connected to an electrical contact hydraulic pressure transducer (25). The lower part of the body (10) is made conical and is connected through a conduit (18) to a valve (19), to a pump (20) with a bypass (21). The conduit (18) is connected through a biomass outlet pipe branch (22) to a valve (23), to a self-cleaning centrifuge unit (24). The installation further comprises a compressor (1) for supplying the air-gas mixture with increased content of carbon dioxide, coupled with a bubbler (9) placed in the lower part of the reservoir (2). The installation also comprises a controller (26), joined with the electrovibrator (14), the valve (19), the pump (20), the valve (23), the centrifuge (24) and the transducer (25).
