Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly oncology and may be used for the treatment of melanoma.The device for treating the skin melanoma consists of three tubes set into each other with a gap of 1 cm and fixed with rigid clamps, at the same time the lower ends of the tubes are located in the same plane and the upper ones in different planes, the upper end of the inner tube (1) is located higher than the upper end of the outer tube (3), while the upper end of the middle tube (2) is located in the middle of the distance between the upper ends of the outer and inner tubes.The method for treating the skin melanoma consists in that on the skin is applied the mentioned device, afterwards follow three stages of treatment with cryogenic agent which is introduced in the first stage in the gap between the outer and middle tube, in the second stage in the gap between the middle and inner tube and in the third stage the cryogenic agent is introduced in the inner tube of the device, each stage lasts 1…2 minutes and is repeated 2…3 times at an interval of 5…10 min.<SDOAD>
