Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a adaosului furajer, conţinând vitamina B12, şi a metanului.Procedeul include fermentarea vinasei cu adaos de ulei de amarant, complex tartrat-amoniacal de cobalt şi ferocianură de potasiu în următorul raport al componentelor, mg/l:în prezenţa bacteriilor metanogene în condiţii mezofile la pH 7,5…8,5 într-o instalaţie, care constă dintr-un bioreactor, divizat în zone acetogenă şi metanogenă, şi un electrolizor, totodată dioxidul de carbon, format în zona acetogenă, se amestecă cu hidrogenul electrolitic în raport de volum de 1:(3,5…4,5) şi se dozează în zona metanogenă pentru obţinerea metanului, în vinasa fermentată se introduce diatomit dispersat din calculul de 20…30 g/l, după care adaosul furajer se deshidratează pe un filtru cu vid printr-un strat de diatomit şi se usucă.
