Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to a process for the obtaining of an injection oil silver nanodispersion.The process provides for the mixing in a volume ratio of 5:1 of sunflower oil for injection with an aqueous colloidal silver nanodispersion with the size of particles of 5...10 nm, obtained from silver nitrate by precipitation with sodium citrate and stabilized with polyvinylpyrrolidone, at the same time the mixing is carried out under stirring at a speed of 300 vol./min within 15...20 min, then it is separated the aqueous fraction, and the oil nanodispersion with the concentration of colloidal silver of 2.5...5.0 ppm is vacuum-treated at a pressure of 0.85 atm, a temperature of 75...80°C, during 20...30 min and packed in glass vials.The result consists in the possibility of administration of the oil silver nanodispersion by injection.
