Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to fruit growing and can be used to increase the resistance of apple fruits during storage to fungal diseases.The process, according to the invention, includes the treatment of apple fruits at the end of the storage life with 0.5 vol. % aqueous solution of emulsion containing, in g/L: ethyl esters of fatty acids of rape-seed oil 600, ethanol 150, glycerol 100, medical paraffin oil 100, sodium bicarbonate 2, distilled water the rest, with a total consumption of 15…20 L/t.The result of the invention is to extend the storage life of apple fruits.
