Abstract

The invention relates to catalytic compositions, in particular to compositions containing ionic liquids and which may be used in the Morita-Baylis-Hillman reactions.The composition, according to the invention, contains 4-dimethylaminopyridine and 1,3-di(2-cyanoethyl)imidazole hexafluorophosphate as ionic liquid, in the component ratio, respectively, of 8:1.The result of the invention is a significant increase in the yield of Morita-Baylis-Hillman reaction.
