Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnologiile informationale, si anume la o bancnota, un procedeu de confirmare a autenticitatii acesteia si la o instalatie pentru realizarea procedeului. Bancnota (1), conform inventiei, include elemente de identificare, un filigran (2), un cod alfanumeric (3), sectoare lizibile (4), pe fiecare din ele fiind aplicate o grila de coordonate (5) si un set de microperforatii (6) amplasate aleatoriu pe suprafata acestora formand o matrice, totodata matricea este dotata de ambele parti cu un strat de protectie transparent (7). Procedeul pentru confirmarea autenticitatii bancnotei, conform inventiei, prevede scanarea matricei bancnotei si compararea acesteia cu matricea plasata anterior intr-o baza de date, totodata scanarea se efectueaza prin intermediul unei instalatii, in care scanerul este sincronizat cu iradierea bancnotei cu intensitatea de 102…104 W/cm2, in regim impulsional cu durata impulsurilor de 10-3…10-4 s si frecventa de 1…10 Hz. Instalatia pentru confirmarea autenticitatii bancnotei, conform inventiei, include o camera opaca (17) acoperita din interior cu un material absorbant de lumina (19), in care este amplasata orizontal o camera cilindrica ermetica (8), avand pe partea laterala un fagas plat (9) pentru pozitionarea bancnotei, la baze borne de inalta tensiune (10), iar in interior un reflector (18) si un tub transparent (11) cu gaz inert, dotat la capete cu electrozi de inalta tensiune (12), instalatia mai include o sursa de alimentare (13), conectata prin intermediul unor condensatoare (14) cu electrozii (12), precum si un bloc de sincronizare (16) conectat cu un scaner (15) si cu sursa de alimentare (13).
