Abstract
The invention relates to the field associated with the development of thermoelectric materials, which can be used in thermoelectric generators for conversion of heat energy into electrical energy.The thermoelectric n-type material with increased efficiency for average temperatures is a solid solution in the form of monocrystal with the following chemical composition:(Tl2-xS)(Bi2+ xS3), where x varies within 0.003…0.008. The proposed material has a high thermoelectric effectiveness (ZT ~ 0.75). Effectiveness is supported in a relatively wide temperature range (500…850K).The technical result is the creation of a thermoelectric n-type material with increased efficiency in a relatively wide temperature range (500…850K).
