Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria energetica, si anume la dispozitivele pentru obtinerea energiei electrice din energia aburilor si poate fi folosita pentru motoarele navale. Turbina cu abur de tip tambur contine un corp (4), in care este amplasat un rotor cu palete (8). Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca corpul (4) este executat cilindric si dotat cu colectoare (12) amplasate longitudinal pe diametrul exterior al corpului (4), paralel axei sale. Colectoarele (12) sunt dotate cu ajutaje (11) de admitere a aburului, instalate in interiorul corpului (4), perpendicular paletelor (8) rotorului. In corp (4), intre ajutaje (11), sunt executate orificii (13) de evacuare a aburului. Rotorul este executat in forma de cilindru cav, inchis din partile frontale cu flanse si dotat cu doua semiaxe cave, instalate prin lagare cu perna de aer in partile frontale ale corpului (4). Pe rotor sunt fixate inele, pe cele megiese fiind fixate palete (8) formand randuri. Paletele (8) dintre randurile alaturate sunt fixate cu deplasare intr-o directie. Paletele (8) sunt executate in forma de placi plate. Numarul ajutajelor (11) este egal cu numarul de randuri ale paletelor (8).The invention relates to the energy industry, namely devices for obtaining electricity from steam energy and can be used for naval engines. The drum-type steam turbine contains a body (4), in which a rotor with blades (8) is located. The novelty of the invention consists in that the body (4) is executed cylindrically and equipped with manifolds (12) placed longitudinally on the outer diameter of the body (4), parallel to its axis. The manifolds (12) are equipped with steam intake nozzles (11), installed inside the body (4), perpendicular to the blades (8) of the rotor. In the body (4), between the nozzles (11), the holes (13) for steam evacuation are executed. The rotor is executed in the form of a hollow cylinder, closed from the flanged front parts and equipped with two hollow semiaxes, installed by bearings with air cushion in the frontal parts of the body (4). On the rotor are fixed rings, on the hubs are fixed blades (8) forming rows. The pallets (8) between the adjacent rows are fixed in one direction. The pallets (8) are made in the form of flat plates. The number of nozzles (11) is equal to the number of rows of the pallets (8).
