Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la oncologia glandei mamare. Esenta metodei de plastie a mamelonului consta in inlaturarea mamelonului cu tumoare in bloc, apoi se efectueaza incizii in forma de doua triunghiuri cu bazele situate pe marginile laterale ale plagii cu excizia pielii si a tesutului subcutan, se aplica o sutura in forma de „U” pe fundul plagii cu locurile de intrare si iesire situate la mijlocul bazelor triunghiurilor mentionate. Dupa aceasta de fundul plagii se sutureaza o mesa de tifon, cu ajutorul careia fundul plagii se ridica in sus cu formarea mamelonului din tesut glandular, apoi se aplica suturi simple chirurgicale de apropiere a laturilor triunghiurilor, dupa care se aplica trei suturi in surjet prin tesutul subcutan, una fiind aplicata pe marginea exterioara a areolei, alta pe marginea interna a ei si a treia la mijlocul distantei dintre prima si a doua sutura.
