Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la o metoda de apreciere a rezultatului tratamentului chirurgical al glaucomului primar cu unghi deschis. Metodŕ revendicata consta in colectarea lacrimii din unghiul extern al fantei palpebrale, determinarea activitatii enzimei de conversie a angiotensinei inainte de operatie si peste o luna dupa operatie. In cazul in care activitatea enzimei de conversie a angiotensinei descreste cu 22…24% fata de indicele determinat inainte de operatie, se apreciazaun rezultat pozitiv al tratamentului chirurgical,iar cand activitatea enzimei de conversie a angiotensinei nu descreste fata de indicele determinat inainte de operatie pana la valoarea normei fiziologice, care constituie 31,10±0,78 µM/min/l, se apreciaza un rezultat negativ al tratamentului chirurgical.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method of appreciating the outcome of the surgical treatment of primary angle glaucoma with an open angle. The claimed method consists of collecting the tear from the external angle of the palpebral cleft, determining the activity of the angiotensin converting enzyme before the operation and over one month after the operation. If the activity of the angiotensin converting enzyme decreases by 22 ... 24% compared to the index determined before surgery, a positive result of the surgical treatment is appreciated, and when the activity of the angiotensin converting enzyme does not decrease with respect to the index determined before the operation until at the value of the physiological norm, which constitutes 31.10 ± 0.78 µM / min / l, a negative result of the surgical treatment is appreciated.
