Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se administreaza un preparat ce contine prostaglandine Misoprostol 400 Myg per rectum, iar suplimentar se administreaza intra- sau paracervical o solutie ce contine 0,02 g de bromura de S-etilizotiouroniu dizolvata in solutie fiziologica.The invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics, and may be used for the treatment of postnatal hypotonic uterine bleeding. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that a preparation containing prostaglandins Misoprostol 400 Myg per rectum is administered, and a solution containing 0.02 g of S-ethylisothiourium bromide dissolved in physiological solution is administered intra- or paracervically.
