Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, si anume la rotile dintate-scula si procedeele de prelucrare a rotilor dintate-scula pentru confectionarea matritelor. Roata dintata-scula include o coroana dintata (1) cu dinti curbilinii modificati (2), profilul carora poate fi convex-concav sau circular si este descris de ecuatii parametrice. Pentru prelucrarea rotilor dintate-scula cu profilul dintilor modificat se propune un procedeu in cadrul caruia scula abraziva efectueaza o miscare de precesie modificata, tinand cont de compensarea valorii erorii de profil a dintilor matritei, obtinuti prin eroziune electrochimica. Eroarea de profil sus-mentionata este generata de faptul ca unele portiuni ale dintilor sunt supuse eroziunii electrochimice un timp mai indelungat, in urma careia se produce o dizolvare suplimentara a materialului. Pentru realizarea modificarii profilului dintilor rotii dintate-scula, sculei abrazive i se comunica deplasari suplimentare, generate de camele mecanismului de legatura, profilul carora este descris de ecuatii parametrice.The invention relates to the machine-building industry, namely the gear-tool wheels and the gear-tool processing procedures for making molds. The gear wheel includes a gear crown (1) with modified curvilinear teeth (2), the profile of which can be convex-concave or circular and is described by parametric equations. For the processing of the toothed wheels - the tool with the modified tooth profile, a procedure is proposed in which the abrasive tool performs a modified precession movement, taking into account the compensation of the profile error value of the teeth of the mold, obtained by electrochemical erosion. The aforementioned profile error is caused by the fact that some portions of the teeth are subjected to electrochemical erosion for a longer time, which results in an additional dissolution of the material. To realize the modification of the profile of the gear tooth-tool, the abrasive tool is communicated additional displacements, generated by the cams of the connection mechanism, whose profile is described by parametric equations.
