Abstract
Inventia se refera la procedeele de prelucrare a structurilor din metal sau aliaj prin electroeroziune. Procedeul de fabricare prin electroeroziune astructurilor din metal sau aliaj se realizeaza cuajutorul unei scule-electrod (1) de forma cilindrica in felul urmator: sculei-electrod (1) i se comunica miscare de rotatie si de translatie. Scula-electrod (1) se utilizeaza in calitate de catod, iar semifabricatul (4) in forma de placa metalica, fixata pe o masa magnetica (5), se utilizeaza in calitate de anod. La deplasarea prin translatie si rotatia sculei-electrod (1), in urma descarcarilor electrice, ce se produc intre anod si catod, pe suprafata semifabricatului (4) are loc formarea canelurilor. Evacuarea produselor de electroeroziune din caneluri se efectueaza cu ajutorul sculei rotative si a jetului lichidului dielectric. Scula-electrod (1) este executata din material electroconductibil in forma de cilindru, pe suprafata caruia sunt executate caneluri, iar pe partile laterale sunt instalate coaxial discuri (7) executate din material dielectric, diametrul fiecaruia dintre ele este egal cu d=D-2h, unde D este diametrul exterior al sculei-electrod, h – adancimea canelurilor formate pe semifabricat. Procedeul, conform altei variante, consta in aceea ca semifabricatul in forma de banda infasurata pe un tambur de alimentare se trece peste o rola de calibrare si se leaga de un tambur de tractiune. Scula-electrod executata in forma de caseta cu fire de electroeroziune, fixate la aceeasi distanta unele fata de altele, se instaleaza deasupra rolei de calibrare, totodata se deplaseaza banda prin intermediul tamburului de tractiune si se deplaseaza vertical scula-electrod la odistanta egala cu adancimea canelurilor, care se formeaza pe banda in urma descarcarilor electrice.The invention relates to the processes for the processing of metal or alloy structures by electro-erosion. The process of fabrication by electro-erosion of the metal or alloy structures is performed with the help of a tool-electrode (1) of cylindrical shape as follows: the tool-electrode (1) communicates rotation and translation motion. The tool-electrode (1) is used as a cathode, and the blank (4) in the form of a metal plate, fixed on a magnetic table (5), is used as anode. At the displacement by translation and rotation of the tool-electrode (1), following the electric discharges, which occur between anode and cathode, on the surface of the blank (4) the grooves are formed. The evacuation of the EDM products from the grooves is carried out with the help of the rotary tool and the jet of the dielectric liquid. The tool-electrode (1) is made of electrically conductive material in the form of a cylinder, on the surface of which grooves are executed, and on the sides are coaxially installed disks (7) made of dielectric material, the diameter of each being equal to d = D- 2h, where D is the outer diameter of the tool-electrode, h - the depth of the grooves formed on the blank. The process, according to another embodiment, consists in the fact that the blank in the form of a tape wrapped on a feed drum is passed over a calibration roller and is connected to a traction drum. The tool-electrode made in the form of a box with EDM wires, fixed at the same distance from each other, is installed above the calibration roller, at the same time the band is moved through the traction drum and the tool-electrode is moved vertically at a distance equal to the depth. grooves, which are formed on the band after the electric discharges.
