Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, in special la variatoarele mecanice. Variatorul planetar precesional include o carcasa in care este amplasat un bloc satelit (12), roti dintate centrale (13, 14), o bucsa exterioara (6) cu caneluri executate pe suprafata interioara sferica. Separatorul (5) este executat cu taieturi in care sunt instalate corpuri de rulare (4). Pe suprafata sferica exterioara a bucsei interioare (3) este executata o canelura sinusoidala. Suprafata interioara a bucsei interioare (3) este executata cilindrica, cu axa inclinata. Bucsa interioara (3) este instalata pe o bucsa cilindrica (18), un capat al careia este executat cu axa inclinata si fixat pe arborele conducator (1) cu posibilitatea rotatiei relative limitate fata de el, alt capat al careia este executat cilindric cu axa dreapta, pe suprafatacaruia sunt executate caneluri inclinate, pe careeste instalata o bucsa cava (19) cu caneluri interioare longitudinale, dintii careia sunt amplasatiin canelurile inclinate ale bucsei cilindrice (18). The inner surface of the inner bushing (3) is made cylindrical, with an inclined axis. The inner bushing (3) is installed on a cylindrical bushing (18), one end of which is executed with the inclined axis and fixed on the driver shaft (1) with the possibility of relative rotation limited to it, another end of which is executed cylindrically with the axis on the right side, on the surface of the body are inclined grooves, on which is installed a hollow bush (19) with longitudinal inner grooves, the teeth of which are located on the inclined grooves of the cylindrical bushing (18). At one end of the hollow bush (19) is executed a tooth, which enters into a longitudinal groove, executed on the cylindrical surface of the driving shaft (1). The crank (22) is kinematically connected to the inner bushing (3) with the inclined axis. The novelty consists in that the separator (5) is executed with the outer and inner spherical surface, in which inclined cuts are executed. The grooves on the inner spherical surface of the outer bushing (6) are made straight. The outer surface of the outer bushing (6) is cylindrical with an inclined axis and is rigidly connected with an inclined flange and a driven shaft (7). The satellite block (12) is installed by means of rolling bodies (10, 11) on the outer bushing (6) with inclined axis and flange. One of the central gear wheels (13) is fixed, and the other (14) - movable and rigidly connected with a second driven tubular shaft (15).
