Abstract

The invention refers to the food industry and may be applied for mechanization of the works for vegetable raw material loading into the tunnel drying units.The installation for box loading with vegetable raw material comprises a carcass (23), onto which there is mounted a continuous conveyor, a stack with boxes (11) and a box loading mechanism (17), installed onto the conveyor, and a box stacker with mobile platform (2). The conveyor is equipped with chains (9) with hinge rollers (10), installed along the box length step, and the box loading mechanism (17) is equipped with a chute (14) actuated by an electromagnet (15) and an eccentric (16) by means of a photodiode (13). On to the platform of the box stacker (2) there is placed a carriage with guides (1), and the stacker is actuated by means of a vertical lead screw (7), equipped with an electromagnetic coupling (4) and controlled by a box presence sensor (18).
