Sistemul operativ pentru telefoanele-automate modulare conţine un bloc de concentrare a comunicărilor, bloc operativ central, diferite ecrane de display, dispozitive de imprimare, dispozitive de păstrare a informaţiei, inclusiv software operative şi de comandă interacţionând cu telefoanele-automate modulare şi blocurile de determinare a autenticităţii şi de identificare şi blocurile de acces, împreună cu centrale de calcul provinciale şi centrul de determinare a autenticităţii şi de calcul, şi terminalele firmelor care efectuează încasarea banilor să facă schimb cu diferite comunicări specifice de funcţionare în sistemul de comandă cu telefoanele-automate modulare şi pentru dirijarea cu tot contextul şi cu operaţiile, determinate de funcţionarea lor.
