Inventia se refera la epurarea apelor reziduale, in particular la o instalatie pentru epurarea complexa a apelor reziduale industriale si poate fi utilizata pentru neutralizarea deseurilor lichide dela producerea galvanica, metalurgica, chimica. Instalatia, conform inventiei, contine doua rezervoare (1), (2) amplasate coaxial si unite intre ele prin intermediul unei coloane (3); rezervorul inferior (1) este dotat cu un fund conic (4), un ventil (5) si este fixat cu ajutorul unui ax orizontal(6) pe niste suporturi (7) cu arcuri (8); in regiunea fundului (4) sunt amplasate niste polite (11)oblice, iar intre ele o teava de dispersare (9) pentru apele reziduale si una (10) pentru aer, caresunt perforate in partile lor superioare si un distribuitor al fluxului (12); deasupra tevilor esteamplasata o camera, la care peretii superior (14)si inferior (13) sunt executati in forma de gratii si uniti intre ei cu ajutorul unor bare metalice (15), conectate la polul pozitiv al sursei de curent continuu, care servesc drept anod, iar peretele lateral este format de o membrana (16), care desparte camera de un catod coaxial (20), conectat la polul negativ al sursei de curent continuu, iar in interiorul camerei este executata o fereastra de incarcare (19) pentru introducerea amestecului de pilitura de fier si praf de grafit (17); intre rezervorul superior (2) si coloana (3) este instalat un dispersor poros (21) cu orificii de diametru diferit; in rezervorul superior (2) cu capac (27) sunt instalati un anod central (22) perforat si mai multi anozi-bare (23) si catozi-bare (24), conectati la polii respectivi ai sursei de curent, in partea superioara a rezervorului este amplasat un dispozitiv pentru colectarea spumei (25), un racord(28) pentru evacuarea ei si un racord (29) pentruevacuarea apei epurate, care este imbinat cu o capacitate (30) de separare a sedimentului si un dispozitiv de reglare a fluxului (26).The invention relates to wastewater treatment, in particular to an installation for the complex treatment of industrial wastewater and can be used to neutralize liquid waste from galvanic, metallurgical, chemical production.
