Inventia se refera la fotografia semiconductoare si poate fi utilizata in holografie, pentru multiplicarea informatiei optice (holografice sau analogice), in metodele de testare laser. Procedeul de inregistrare a imaginilor optice consta in proiectarea din partea substratului transparent al purtatorului fototermoplastic multistrat. Inregistrarea imaginii primare se efectueaza in regim fototermoplastic pe suprafata stratului termoplastic, iar imaginile ulterioare se inregistreaza prin metoda reversibila a schimbarilor fotoinduse in semiconductorul calcogenic sticlos. Totodata imaginea se pastreaza concomitent pe stratul termoplastic.
