Abstract

The invention relates to the building material industry, in particular to the multilayer building blocks with decorative face and a process for fabrication thereof. The building block, according to the invention, consists of a building layer with decorative face, a thermo-insulating layer and a base building layer, pierced by joint bars, of which thicknesses are respectively in the following ratio 1:(2,0à3,5):10. The base building layer comprises at least one through hole, made longitudinally or transversely, having cylindrical or quadrangular form. The layers of the building block are joined together by at least four joint bars, installed preferably into its corners, comprising along the full length fixing elements and to one end a plane limiting ring and a perforated cap situated into the building layer with decorative face. The process, according to the invention, includes installation of a form with opposite perforated walls onto a platform fixed onto a vibrating desk, placement onto the form bottom of a die with relief surface and grouting into the form of a dosed concrete batch with the formation of a building layer with decorative face and compaction thereof by vibration. Onto the formed layer it is placed a thermo-insulating layer, perpendicularly pierced by joint bars with the perforated caps immersed into the building layer with decorative face at an equal depth. Then into the form holes there is installed, longitudinally or transversely, at least a pipe, afterwards the form is grouted with a dosed concrete batch with the formation of a base building layer with through holes and compaction thereof by vibration, with subsequent drying of blocks in two stages, with pipe removal after the first stage. At the same time, the pipe may have the cross section in the form of a circle or a quadrilateral.
