Abstract

The invention relates to the agricultural machinery industry, in particular to the feed preparation devices.The feed preparation extruder comprises a body (1) with a press auger (2) placed therein and a product temperature and pressure adjusting device (3), including a cover (4) with a central hole, a product former (5), product outlet ports and their rotary distributors with by-pass channels, made with the possibility of alignment with the product outlet ports. Into the product former (5), installed in the central hole of the cover (4), there are made product inlet and outlet ports, between which there are placed the distributors of the product outlet ports, made in the form of cylinders (6), installed into the radial holes of the cover and of the former. The product outlet ports are placed in groups of several rows, parallel to the axes of the corresponding rotary cylinders, at the same time the ports are made of equal dimensions in each row and different in the adjacent rows, and the by-pass channels of the rotary cylinders, made convergent to the outlet and symmetrical about their axes, are placed perpendicular to the axes of cylinders. The cover (4) and the product former (5) are made flat.
