Abstract

The invention relates to the semiconductor photoghaphy in coherent radiation and may be used in holography, for replication of optical (holographic or analogous) information, in the optical nondestructive test methods.The process for optical information recording, carried out on a photothermoplastic multilayer carrier, consists in that recording of the object's initial state image is carried out by the method of photoinduced changes in the chalcogenide vitreous semiconductor of the photothermoplastic carrier, and the following images are recorded, each apart, in reversing photothermoplastic mode, on the surface of the thermoplastic layer, concomitantly onto its surface there takes place the development of the latent image, stored onto the chalcogenide vitreous semiconductor.
