Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in special la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Nostoclinckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03. Procedeul de cultivare a cianobacteriei Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 include inocularea cianobacteriei in cantitate de 0,2 g/L pe un mediu nutritiv cu urmatoarea componenta, g/L: K2HPO4 0,2, MgSO4·7H2O 0,2, CaCl2 0,15, NaHCO3 0,2, microelemente, mg/L: ZnSO4·7H2O 0,22, MnSO4 1,81, CuSO4·5H2O 0,079, NaBO3·4H2O 2,63, (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O 1,0, FeSO4·7H2O 9,3, CaCl2 1,2, CoNO3·2H2O 0,02 si EDTA 10,0cu introducerea la a 5-a zi de cultivare a 1 mg/L de hidroxipicolinat de Fe(III) si cultivarea cianobacteriei la iluminarea de 3000 lx in primele5 zile si de 2000 lx in urmatoarele 9 zile. Totodata la a 3-a zi de cultivare in mediul nutritiv seadauga 0,4…0,6 g/L KNO3. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea productivitatii cianobacteriei cuun continut inalt de ficobiline. The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a process for cultivating the cyanobacterium Nostoclinckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03. The process of cultivation of cyanobacterium Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 includes inoculation of cyanobacteria in an amount of 0.2 g / L on a nutrient medium with the following component, g / L: K2HPO4 0.2, MgSO4 · 7H2O 0.2, CaCl2 0.15, NaHCO3 0.2, microelement, mg / L: ZnSO4 · 7H2O 0.22, MnSO4 1.81, CuSO4 · 5H2O 0.079, NaBO3 · 4H2O 2.63, (NH4) 6Mo7O24 · 4H2O 1.0, FeSO4 · 7H2O 9.3, CaCl2 1.2, CoNO3 · 2H2O 0.02 and EDTA 10.0 with the introduction on the 5th day of cultivation of 1 mg / L of hydroxipicolinate of Fe (III) and cultivation cyanobacteria at illumination of 3000 lx in the first 5 days and 2000 lx in the next 9 days. Also on the 3rd day of cultivation in the nutrient environment seadauga 0.4… 0.6 g / L KNO3. The result of the invention consists in increasing the productivity of cyanobacteria with a high content of phycobilins.
