Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and may be used for surgical treatment of condyle compression fractures, when it is present the condyle compression with preserved peripheral margin.According to the invention, into the knee joint it is introduced an arthroscope, it is examined the site, the injury's character and it is determined the conditioned centre of impression. It is made an incision of 1,0…1,5 cm in the tibia proximal shaft region. With the help of a guide for cruciform ligament plasty it is introduced a pin into the conditioned centre of impression and according to it by means of a hollow cutter it is carried out the tibia osteotomy up to the impression site, then the osseous block is imparted mobility and under arthroscope control it is carried out the reposition by proximal transfer of the osseous block up to the level of the tibia articular surface. It that case it is formed a peripheral defect into the condyle, which is filled with autologous bone graft taken from the region of the wing of ilium by means of a hollow cutter of the same diameter. At a close contact of the autologous bone graft with the transferred osseous block it is carried out their fixation with screws or bolts introduced in parallel to the uninjured part of the condyle. It is removed the arthroscope.
