Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie si poate fi utilizata in tratamentul chirurgical al fracturilor prin compresiune ale condilului, cand este prezenta compresiuneacondilului cu marginea periferica pastrata. Conform inventiei, in articulatia genunchiului se introduce un artroscop, se examineaza locul, caracterulleziunii si se determina centrul conventional al presarii. Se efectueaza o incizie de 1,0…1,5 cm inregiunea diafizei proximale a tibiei. Cu ajutorulunui ghidaj pentru plastia ligamentului cruciformse introduce o brosa in centrul conventional al presarii si dupa ea cu o freza cava se efectueaza osteotomia tibiei pana la locul presarii, apoi blocului osos i se confera mobilitate si sub controlulartroscopului se efectueaza repozitionarea prin deplasare proximala a blocului osos pana la nivelulsuprafetei articulare a tibiei. In acest caz se formeaza un defect periferic in condil, care se umple cu autotransplant osos prelevat din regiunea aripii osului iliac cu o freza cava de acelasi diametru. La un contact strans al autotransplantului cublocul osos deplasat se executa fixarea lor cu suruburi sau buloane introduse paralel de partea nelezata a condilului. Se inlatura artroscopul.
