Abstract

The invention relates to the field of monitors and may be used for controlling the unauthorized access to different objects, for example: to vaults, cars, containers, popular consumer goods etc.The locking-sealing device comprises a body (1) and a cover (2) of plastic material in the form of box combined and joined between them, a hook-up element (12) made in the form of a flexible band, having one end rigidly fixed to the body (1), and a locking mechanism (13), fixed to the other end of the hook-up element (12) and including a locking element (14), placed into the opening of the cramp (5), rigidly installed onto the inner side of the base (4) of the body (1), perpendicular to it, the locking element (14) being made in the form of plate with two symmetrically placed elastic levers (16), the free end of each plate engages with the lateral parts of the cramp. Novelty consists in that the cover (2) is joined with the body (1) by a flexible element (3), having its ends rigidly fixed to them, onto the inner part of the base (7) of the cover (2), perpendicular to it, there is supplementary fixed a cramp (8) identical with the cramp (5) in the body (1), placed so that when interlocking the cover and the body there is formed a single pass opening for placement of the locking element (14). Onto the free end of the locking element (14) between the elastic levers (16) there is supplementary made a groove for placement and pressing to the inner surface of the body wall of the cable loop, the ends of which are placed into the through oval holes made opposite to each other in the middle part of the body's and, correspondingly, the cover's bases.
