Abstract
Invenţia se referă l domeniul chimiei derivaţilor zaharurilor. Scopul invenţiei constituie simplificarea procesului de obţinere a zaharolozei. Procedeu include acţiunea reciprocă a derivatului 6-protejat de zaharoză cu tioniclorid în prezenţa piridinei sau alchilpiridinei în mediul etanului parţial clorarat, în special al 1,2,2-tricloretanului cu extragerea ulterioară a 6 - ubstituitului. Procesul se petrece în raportul echivalenţilor molari ai tionicloridului al bazei şi al fiecărui echivalent molar al oxigrupelor libere ale derivatului 6-protejat de zaharoză, egal cu 0,9÷1,2:1÷1,4:1,0 corespunzător. În calitate de derivat 6-substrituit de zaharoză poate fi folosit 6-ester, 6-eter sau 6,4-dieterul zaharozei, iar în calitate de zaharoză 6-protejată 6-acetat,6-benzoat al zaharozei sau rafinoză.
