Abstract

Inventia se refera la instalatii pentru prepararea suspensiilor lichide continand compusi care poseda proprietati insecticide, fungicide si altele, care pot fi folosite in intreprinderi industriale si agricole, in asociatii si gospodarii individuale, si anume, pentru protectia chimica a plantelor de boli si vatamatori. Instalatia pentru obtinerea electrochimica a suspensiilor contine un corp 1 custuturi pentru alimentarea 5 si evacuare 7 lichidului si, amplasati in el coaxial, anodul in forma de tija 2 si catodul 9, ambii separati printr-o diafragma 3. Corpul 1 si capacul ermetic detasabil 6 sunt executate din material nemagnetic. In partea centrala a corpului 1 este amplasat anodul 2 separat de catodul perforat 9 prin diafragma 3, formand camera anodului 4 cu stutul 12 pentru alimentarea cu solutie de saruri de metale alcaline in partea ei inferioara si cel pentru evacuare 7, amplasat in capac 6. Intre catod si suprafata laterala a corpului 1 este formata camera catodului 8, careinclude o conducta 10 amplasata pana la partea inferioara a acestei camere, avand o largire 11 in partea superioara, cu care, deasupra nivelului lichidului tratat, este unita o conducta 16 de la un rezervor exterior 17, dotat cu un malaxor 18 pentrualimentarea dozata a solutiei de metale care formeaza hidroxizi insolubili. Pe stutul 12 pentru evacuarea suspensiei generate, in partea superioara a spatiului catodic este amplasat un ventil electromagnetic 13 cuplat cu un dispozitiv convertizor 21 si un sesizor de pH 20, care este amplasat intr-o camera de calmare 19 de pe capac 6. In interiorul camerei catodice 8 este amplasata o umplutura din corpuri cilindrice 24 din material magnetic moale, iar din partea exterioara a corpului 1 este amplasat un inductor de camp magnetic rotativ 22, cuplat cu un variator 23, cu posibilitatea reglarii tensiunii de curent alternativ alimentat.Rezultatulconsta in majorarea eficientei de obtinere a suspensiilor activate electrochimic in baza intensificarii procesului de dispersare a particulelor de hidroxizi generati si reducerea cheltuielilor specifice pentru obtinerea lor.The invention relates to installations for the preparation of liquid suspensions containing compounds possessing insecticidal, fungicidal and other properties, which can be used in industrial and agricultural enterprises, in individual associations and households, namely, for the chemical protection of plants from diseases and injuries. The installation for obtaining electrochemical suspensions contains a body 1 boxes for supplying 5 and draining 7 of the liquid and, located in it coaxially, the rod-shaped anode 2 and the cathode 9, both separated by a diaphragm 3. Body 1 and the hermetically removable cover 6 they are made of non-magnetic material. In the central part of the body 1 is located the anode 2 separated from the cathode perforated 9 by the diaphragm 3, forming the chamber of the anode 4 with the stutter 12 for feeding with solution of alkaline metal salts in its lower part and the one for evacuation 7, located in lid 6. Between the cathode and the lateral surface of the body 1 is formed the cathode chamber 8, which includes a pipe 10 located to the lower part of this chamber, having an extension 11 in the upper part, with which, above the level of the treated liquid, a pipe 16 from an outer reservoir 17, equipped with a mixer 18 for dosing the solution of metals which form insoluble hydroxides. At the top 12 for the evacuation of the generated suspension, at the top of the cathode space is located an electromagnetic valve 13 coupled with a converter device 21 and a pH 20 detector, which is located in a calming chamber 19 on the lid 6. Inside The cathode 8 is filled with a filling of cylindrical bodies 24 of soft magnetic material, and from the outside of the body 1 is placed a rotary magnetic field inductor 22, coupled with a variator 23, with the possibility of adjusting the AC voltage. The result consists in increasing the efficiency of obtaining electrochemically activated suspensions based on the intensification of the dispersion process of the generated hydroxide particles and the reduction of the specific costs for obtaining them.
